These sound awesome, however, I don't care for the taste of coffee. I plan to substitute the coffee liqueur with Bailey's Irish Cream, but am wondering what to use in place of the espresso powder. Any suggestions? Although I love Amaretto, do you think I should use Bailey's in place of that, too?
