Wow! these are wonderful! the flavor is great, outside crispy, inside tender. i had to use huajillo honey as i didn't have any molasses and the flavor is milder, but i love these waffles! can't wait to have company and serve them. i halved the recipe and got 2 Belgian waffle sized waffles. more than enough for me.
