Hi Nick, yes, I think we have the 400 (40 CM stone). Ours also has the sifting mechanism. In terms of sizing, I think that it’s about 6 feet long, the top of the hopper is probably, 5”6’ or so? We had it put on a frame so that it could be moved for cleaning. Let us know if you have any other questions. Happy baking! Martin
