Regarding model #, is this the A400 MSM? I've been in communication with Ostiroller Getreidemuhlen for about the last year in interest in purchasing one of their commercial mills, likely the A 400, and just wanted to get a better idea on the overall size and proportion relative to typical kitchen equipment working heights (is it tall enough to work with base resting on floor, or should it be further raised off floor, as your bakery has apparently done by adding wheels).
