Hi there, My name is Jessica, and I'm a baker in Nova Scotia, Canada. I'm currently in the process of opening a bakery, and we will be milling our own local flours much like you guys do. I've been interested in purchasing an Osttiroler mill, and have been corresponding with them for several months now. I suppose I'm just wondering if you might have any advice to offer on the purchasing process of your mill, or if you have any feedback on how your mill has performed for you so far? The only payment option I've been presented with by the company is through bank transfer, and I'm wondering if this is reliable, and or consistent with how you guys purchased your mill.
