Muguette is right. A flour mill is a wonderful thing to have in the kitchen. We've had our Mil Rite flour mill since the late 1970's and use it several times a week to grind fresh whole wheat flour. The warm flour right from the mill makes wonderful pancakes, muffins and breads. The bakers at KAF will have lots of fun grinding flours, developing recipes and baking lots of wonderful goods.
