I just tried this, sticking as closely to the directions as I could. It has set up well and is crunchy and the edges I've tried taste good. I wonder about the dark area that appeared as I spread it on the sheet pan. That part tastes good also, isn't burned, and is a little more bubbly. I want to make another batch or two, so I would appreciate any advice on getting it to all be even.
