Hi Lani! Since there isn't a precise cooking time on this, we'd suggest still checking on it at two minutes and watching for the color change, although you shouldn't be surprised if it ends up taking longer than the two to four minutes in the recipe instructions. You'll also want to make sure that your bowl isn't too full when you're making a double recipe. Be safe, and if there's any doubt, split it into two for ease of heating and pouring. Happy baking!
