Hi Deb! Kathleen — feel free to chime in here with what you use in place of corn syrup. But, the King Arthur Flour bakers would suggest honey in place of corn syrup in this recipe, there is little more water in honey though so the candy may take a little longer to cook and may not be quite as crunchy.
