just made my, what? 7th batch? fabulous, and I am a ,butter only, no corn syrup candy making kinda gal, snob ,and I am happy to announce I am reformed, this was a breeze! I made it into a almond rocca as well. I also doubled the butter (using a browned butter gee instead ,so water content was low). bravo, thank you for this!
