In our experience, Leigh, it doesn't last more than 30 seconds before it disappears! Assuming the hoards don't pounce on your freshly made brittle, it can keep for a couple of months. Try to keep it in something airtight to keep out humidity. Happy snacking! Annabelle@KAF
