We generally opt for AA unsalted butter in our baking, Lorilandice. Since only a small amount of butter is called for here, and the flavor will largely be overpowered by that of the other ingredients, we'd stick with that rather than wasting a more precious, higher fat butter that can be better used elsewhere.
