Wow, i'm shocked! I've been making microwave brittle for years.. very tasty but i found it to be a little too thick and it always stuck to our teeth. I decided to try this recipe, i used deluxe mixed nuts (and parchment) and it's fantastic...really is light and airy, definitely will replace my old recipe! Thanks!
