Hi Julia! This is a fabulous recipe. I'm not sure if anyone's posted this tip but it's one of my favorites when making nut brittle. Place your sheet pan in a 250° oven while you're preparing the brittle. Pull the sheet pan out just before you're ready to pour. The brittle will spread much easier and it gives you a bit more time to work. Thanks again for the great recipe!
