This recipe does have a light, airy, doesn't-stick-to-your-teeth texture, so it might be just what you're looking for! While it's not exactly like a butterfinger, which is a little bit more flaky in consistency, it's worth giving it a shot to see what you think. We recommend using whole peanuts instead of peanut butter, as mixing in the peanut butter would create a softer, less crisp texture—the brittle won't set up hard if you do this. We hope that helps!
