Just made this for the first time! Very good. Will use Pyrex 4 or 8 cup measuring container with handle next time as my pot holders stuck to the inside of the bowl I used, and the bowl fell into the pan I was pouring into and I burned my thumb. Used warm pan with spray and used a silicone mat with coooking spray on it and placed it on top of the brittle and used pot holders to press brittle nice and thin. Worked perfect.
