Sounds like a wonderful recipe. I have a 1200 watt microwave. Can you please tell me if anyone has posted cooking times for this microwave wattage? Looking forward to trying this recipe. I am a retired teacher of 30 years, and I found it very touching that you remembered your teacher and shared the story with us. We never know how many lives we have touched over the years.
