My dad's favorite is peanut brittle. I decided to give this a try. Microwave style even. I was really nervous making it because although I'm a baker I am new at candy. You weren't lying that you gotta be fast. I knew that going into it and I was successful! You really do have to be fast. I tried to take photos but no I wasnt comfortable this time around to do so. I set everything out ahead of time so I'd just have to dump and stir quick! Parchment is sooo awesome because I didnt wanna grease my pan and make the brittle oily. It does NOT stick to parchment to those who are apprehensive. This was super yummy. I had roasted peanuts unsalted and just added about 1/8 tsp of salt. Perfect! Thank you! Will make this again!
