Yes, you can use parchment paper. I put the parchment paper in a jelly roll pan and you can reuse the paper several times. I do have the parchment paper slightly wider than the jelly roll pan. I use an 8 cup Pyrex measuring cup because it has a handle and two Vision Corning pans. Remember to use caution when using glassware in the microwave and not to let the measuring cup or the Vision Corning pan get wet because it can shatter. Do not sit on a wet towel, wet counter top, or wet sink .
