My peanut brittle foams in the cup but doesn't stay foamy when poured onto cookie sheet. Been making PB for 20 years, haven't had trouble until this year. This is the earliest time of the year for making it but have an order for 33#. What do you suggest. I make it in a Amana Radare range.
