Thanks for asking, Sara. This recipe is designed to be made in a microwave so we don't have stove-top adjustments to share. However, there a number a tasty brittle recipes to choose from that are equally quick and easy. (You might want to check out the Best-Ever Nut Brittle recipe from Food & Wine — it includes temperatures for making it on a stove top.) We hope you find what you're looking for! Kye@KAF
