Sue LaFollette December 17, 2015 at 10:14pm Made 2 batches tonight....Wow. easy!!! I've never made brittle before, and found this on Pinterest. Candy thermometers aren't for me I must say. I cooked it 3:15 and used dry roasted peanuts and it was perfect!!! It's a keeper!!! Reply
