i was a non believer since it involved the microwave but it is the best brittle ive ever had. my last microwave session took about 6 minutes (wanted to make sure the sugar was really getting carmelized for full flavor). also didnt worry about spreading the brittle out (just poured it in different sections) so that i wouldnt squish out the bubbles which made it so light. thanks so much for divulging your secret recipe! :)
