Well I must say, I have thoroughly enjoyed reading everything here from top to bottom! Wonderful story! My own Home Ec memory is of a Catholic girls school nun, who would give us extra tips about how to be a respectable young lady.Never sit on a boys lap without a phone book. Never wear patent leather shoes on a date, etc. I look forward to trying your recipe as well as my own in the microwave, using toasted coconut and macadamias without baking soda. Thanks so much!
