I worked for ten years for Eastco, an independent distributor for Whirlpool Corporation for much of the northeast, first as their Home Economist/Microwave Coordinator (providing sales support to District Managers and their appliance dealers, training demonstrators, doing cooking schools) before becoming a district manager and moving to Vermont. The recipe came originally from the Better Homes and Gardens Whirlpool microwave oven cookbook, circa 1980.
