I recieved this recipe over 20 years ago from the husband of a dear friend of mine. He loved to cook and gave the recipe to me after I raved about his peanut brittle. It is wonderful! Once you figure out the correct times for your particular microwave, you can make perfect peanut brittle in nothing flat!
