I made this recipe last night & it worked beautifully! I've made peanut brittle in the past; standing at the stove staring at the candy thermometer, what a hassle. My 15 yr. old taste tester agreed, this was much tastier with great crunch. A question - I purchased a few bottles of Lyle's Golden Syrup, any chance I could substitute for the corn syrup?
