Your recipes are great and in Hancock County, Indiana they have won many awards at the local and state level. With 4-H changing to nutritional recipes our granddaughter also won with the new direction of breads. The judges are looking to diminish that "yeasty" smell as part of their score card of today. However, my husband is an old fashion man who loves for his yeast bread to smell like yeast. What can I use to give him that old-fashion grandmother's recipes and feel of home?
