For Christmas morning we always have Vanocka, which is a Czech sweet Christmas bread and I've been making a gingerbread too as it makes the house smell WONDERFUL. I also make an apple strudel and a poppyseed bundt cake for after dinner. Of course then there are about a million cookies... I made a German Stollen last weekend (actually the recipe made two giant Stollen), froze one loaf, and today we are left with just 3 small slices of the last loaf... I have to say I'm not losing weight this month! I'm thinking about making a Panettone or Pandoro later today too. Happy Holidays!
