Wow! These are AMAZING. Truly a labor of love, as these took me more than 2 hours (and just as long to wrap!) but they came out so lovely and delicious! I started out with too small of a pot, but switched it out early on in the process for a larger one (I used a large, round dutch-oven). I also used a half sheet pan lined with wax paper to pour the caramel into, which worked well for me. I will be making these again next year. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!
