This may have been the best two hours of cooking in my life! Great recipe (thanks to your Mom) and wonderful blog/photos (Barbara). Favorite hints were to test my thermometer (off by 2 degrees) and to use a “scrap pan” (yum) I see that this blog was published a few years ago, but I’m glad to finally have found it.
