Made it this am. Used medium foil pans.. ended up cooking for 90 min vice the 75.. Used our own mix of fruits and had to make the apple syrup (1.5 cups cider rapidly boiled to reduce to 1/4 cup). The end result was great. I have a plan to deviate from. I like pecan much more than almonds, but 1st time we followed. 1 cake gets syrup while the other 2 get bourbon. Thanks for the recipe
