Thanks for posting the gluten free fruitcake recipe. My husband has celiac disease and loves his sweets including fruitcake. I tried your gluten free pumpkin cake this week and it got rave reviews from my husband and my "bridge buddies". Plan to try your fruitcake recipe as soon as I gather the ingredients.
