Hi Anita. If using the No-Roll Pie Crust it would be easy to add a Streusel topping like the one found in our Paper Bag Apple Pie recipe. Another option, would be to use the Classic Double Pie Crust recipe for both the bottom and top of the pie. Happy Baking!
