I just made my filling and it is delicious! My questions are: (1) how long do you bake the pie with this pre-cooked filling, and (2) will the apples then get over-cooked? I plan to refrigerate this for a couple days, then try it in a pre-formed crust. Hope you can respond before that. Thanks - JoAnn
