Petra, there's really no need to pre-cook the filling. The crust will be raw, so the pie still has to bake quite a long time. I'd suggest just putting the whole pie together, uncooked filling and all, and freezing it; see our post, freeze and bake fruit pie, for specific directions. Good luck! PJH
