I had to go through a million recipes for the perfect "made-ahead'' apple pie filling till i stumbled upon this one- and boy am i glad i ever did. Found exactly what needed- Thanks a whole bunch. Just one thing though, i really need you to tell me the exact amounts for a 7-9 inch pie pan (or.. I'm not sure if the size matters) please do let me know about how many apples and the amount of sugar and spices ( along with the specific names of the spices) It would really be appreciated ! ~Thanks
