I'm surprised you didn't recommend your Turkey Stuffing Bread for the not-gluten-free version. I've used it for years at Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is easy and delicious. (And it is already in my freezer, in cubes, waiting for next week.) I am again this year thankful for all the good people at KAF, who add such joy to the lives of so many bakers and their families, guests, and neighbors.
