Pie crust came out basicly unuseable. "Rollable"? Definitely not. Crust was dry, cumbly, and unappealing. Entire pie crust crumbled before it even hit my pie. It was EVERYWHERE.
For sure, if the recipe worked better by using measurements by weight, it should've stated that in the directions. (Use weight, not volume) Now I've ended up with a ruined pie, a huge mess, and a foul mood.
