I haven't made a pie for years due to chronic neck pain and surgery after surgery and got the urge to make a pie, but I didn't think anyone had ever heard of making one with oil. I prefer it as there's plenty of it and it has a great texture and taste to it, so thank you for the oil pie crust ... might try the vinegar one too!!
