That is the exact reason I was looking for a recipe such as this...When we were kids, my mother would always give us the extra pieces of crust she had left over and we would use cookie cutters or just shape them how we wanted, then sprinkled them with cinnamon & sugar and baked little cookie crusts...Lol...thanks for an easier alternative! :-)
