I use this crust recipe for mini pies I cook in my muffin tin. I cook the pie filling (just whatever berries I have in hand with a bit of sugar, starch and lemon zest) and then push the crust into the tins, load up the filling and top with the recommended streusel (genius, btw) and bake! They're so delicious! I wish I could post a picture, my kids and husband are crazy about them!
