I just made this pie crust for an apple pie. I have to say it was very tasty and I used canola oil in the recipe. So easy to spread in the pan and comes easy out of the pan. I used a metal pan. For the top I just added some cinnamon and brown sugar and some quick cooking oats...sprinkled it on the top of the apples and baked it at 375 for about 45 minutes..Came out perfect!
