Thanks! I'm finally forced to try to make pie this year. Just bought a rolling pin today and was going to (gulp!) give it a try tomorrow. Your idea may save me from that yet! I am a good cook, but have never been a baker and I'm not confident about this at all. I appreciate the tips!
