I made the gluten free pumpkin muffins using the King Arthur online recipe and am disappointed. The muffins are dense and not flavorful as I would expect pumpkin to be. It’s a good thing I’m the only one eating them as they are not for company. I don’t know what I could have done to improve the consistency and flavor.
