Hi Sarah- Accuracy, even at the level of 0.3 oz., really can make a difference believe it or not. That said you certainly have more room for error with certain ingredients than others, but the best way to guarantee a consistent result is to have the most accurate measurements as possible. I always measure every ingredient to the gram in my baking! Happy (accurate) baking! Jocelyn@KAF
