As a scientist, I appreciate some people's desire for accuracy, but as a home baker, I really don't think that 0.3oz is going to make a huge difference in most of what I bake. Thanks, PJ, for the suggestion to check the accuracy of our measuring utensils. I love having a scale in my kitchen, and I'm always finding new uses for it!
