Hi there, Kathleen! We don't have a recipe for pumpkin doughnuts using our Gluten-Free Doughnut Mix. If you're up for an experiment, you might try replacing the eggs called for in the mix with 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée per egg! Another option would be to make our Pumpkin Cake Doughnuts recipe but replace the flour called for with our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour if you have that on hand.
