Just finished making these, and they are delicious! Shared all but two with neighbors. I got two full pans of doughnuts plus a small (3x5) loaf pan from the recipe. I added some raisins and chopped walnuts to the loaf pan batter, baked maybe 6 minutes longer (until toothpick came out clean) then tossed in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Fantastic! I'll be making more of both!
