Thanks for sharing this recipe. I am a gluten-free baker and make baked donuts. I make a pumpkin spice with a maple drizzle and they are one of my best sellers!! Such a perfect fall donut. I'm glad to hear King Arthur now has a gluten-free flour blend. I've been making my own blend for years and it's quite a process to perfect.
